Spinspiration: CAD Experiments

Over the weekend, I decided to do some CAD work while Miranda sat next to me like the sweet little cuddle bug she is. So, I thought I'd share some of the images with you just for fun. The first one is a geometric rug. Miranda would happily dismantle a new toy on this thing, covering it with fuzz.

I thought of the above image as a spring scarf, but I suppose it could be a big ol' square rug, too.

This one was a bit of an experiment for me. I painted 1/4 of the repeat with watercolor, and then I brought it into Photoshop and then Illustrator to make the repeat. I think I like the texture.
