Gift Guide: Unicorns!

Yesterday we talked about one of everyone's favorite things, pizza. I hope you bought all of the pizza things. Today, we're talking about another one of your favorite things: Unicorns. I think it's time you added a little magic to your Christmas gift list. So, I'm here to help.

          If you're a spinster like I am, you have the leeway to wear the weirdest pajamas you can possibly find. They don't even have to be cute. No one has to know. So, I present to you this unicorn sleep shirt. It's not actually that weird, but it's not necessarily sexy either. And you know what? Who cares?

2. Fleur Unicorn Doll: $59, Pottery Barn Kids
          This is adorable. I'm an adult, and I have a Bla Bla Kids cat doll in my guest room, and I love it. So, whether you're shopping for a little unicorn fan or a big one, this could be a really cute gift.

3. Unicorn Salt and Pepper Shakers: $12.99, Retro Planet
          I love kitschy salt and pepper shakers. These will add a little magic and mysticism to any table or TV tray.

          The alicorn (the correct name for a unicorn's horn) is a perfect place for rings. The rest of the dish? All your unicorn earrings, of course.

          Shameless self promotion here. Yes, this is from my very own Etsy store. The unicorn patches have been the first to go at both of the shows I've done this holiday season, so I made another one in case you need one for your backpack, jean jacket, or to stuff in someone's holiday stocking.

          This is a dainty unicorn necklace in case you want to be a little more subtle with your unicorn obsession. I like it. It's delicate, quirky, and fun.

8. Unicorn Infinite Scarf: $16.99, Dailyaccessoriez on Etsy
          I'm afraid that the scarf is going to be the sort of thing I continue wearing after it's no longer an acceptable accessory. It will indicate my age, and I'm not sure that bothers me. I like scarves, and one with unicorns is a pretty good idea.

          I love Forage Studios. They're sort of off kilter and weird in the best way. They even have some things with luchadors on them, and I think that's pretty excellent.

10. Unicorn Phone Case: $28, Nasty Gal
          This is a nice iPhone case. It's got a little transparency, a little glitter, and it's transparent. Something tells me Miley would approve. But...I can't be sure. I don't know her.
